Purchase Transaction & Bank Details

All goods are sold on Cash & Carry basis.
If delivery arrangement is required, just confirm the model and give us your delivery address, we will confirm the delivery charge. You then bank-in the total amount inclusive of delivery charge to our bank current account.

Once payment is received, goods will be sent out on the same day.

Delivery Methods & Charges

Delivery of goods will be made by means of:-
               a)                  Normal Post
              b)                  Express Post
               c)                  Local and/or International Courier Agents

Delivery charges are determined by delivery method, weight and destination.

Insurance Coverage On Goods To Be Delivered

All goods are to be sent out to customers without insurance coverage, unless specifically requested by customers.

Insurance premium on goods to be delivered varies according to sum insured and types of delivery.

Terms & Conditions Of Sales

1.         For local purchase transactions, all goods are sold on cash & carry basis, advance bank-in or payment by cheque. Goods will only be released upon clearance of cheque.

2.         Overseas customers are required to make advance full payment by wire transfer prior to shipment of goods.

3.         All goods will be shipped via post or our appointed freight forwarding agents with insurance coverage of total purchase value. Charges are born by customers. Customers may arrange their own shipping agents to pick up goods ordered from

4.         All used / refurbished goods carry thirty (30) days carry-in warranty.  Warranty coverage excludes minor cosmetic damages such as latches and slight scratches that do not affects the functionality of the systems. Battery carries no warranty. All shipping, insurance or other incidental costs are born by customers.

5.        All goods returns must be sent back in original packaging. Any damage done to goods returned due to poor packaging will be the responsibility of customers.
